HOW DO WE CREATE YOUR UNIQUE EXPERIENCE?
Transferring the concept to the venue
- Venue research, recommendation and booking.
- Continued Communication and support with the venue including site viewings.
- Meetings with both caterers and suppliers to finalise plans.
- Full event scheduling and planning.
- Timetable and schedule management for the day.
Suppliers
- Invitation design.
- Bridal Attire Boutiques.
- Trusted AV companies.
- Entertainment (dancers, singers, DJ, music performance).
- Photography & videography.
- Hair & make-up.
- Managing negotiations with suppliers to secure the best price and communicating with them throughout the process.
Budgets
- Budget wedding management including making payment to supplier(s).
Catering
- Researching and communicating with local caterers (when not provided by the venue).
- Arranging of menu tastings (if provided) and providing detailed menus for both food and beverages.
- Cake design selection, to ensure it is in keeping with the theme.
One-On-One Support
- Timeline provided detailing what tasks will be completed when and how.
- Regular status updates along with continuous advice and support at every step of the journey.
- Survival Kit provided on request.
Designs & Themes
- Full theme ideas and design with colour, mood and design boards that reflect your wedding theme and choices.
- Sourcing materials (and favours if required) to fit the design, i.e. furniture, floral design, lighting, linen and equipment.
- Supervising the set-up of the venues on the day.
- Assisting each supplier with the set-up and making sure it fits with the design.
Wedding Day Details
- Full assistance to ensure everything is on place as needed in the run up to the wedding.
- Providing and managing the Wedding day timetable including full scheduling.
- On-site management and supervision throughout the day.
